Job Description
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and market share objectives for the across Delhi NCR.
- Handle the entire states general trade operations through distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors in key markets to ensure effective market penetration.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (Sales Officers / Executives) to drive performance and productivity.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales, collections, stock levels, and ensure timely order booking.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and expansion areas within Delhi NCR.
- Plan and execute sales promotion activities and retail visibility programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence reports to management.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and accounts teams for smooth business operations
