Job Description
We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to join our growing team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the business development process through accurate and timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review technical proposals, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create cost-effective solutions and optimize proposal accuracy.
- Analyze tender documents, interpret scope of work, and identify potential risks or deviations.
- Estimate project costs, materials, and manpower based on engineering calculations.
- Develop documentation, presentations, and supporting materials for bid submission.
- Maintain strong communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for timely proposal delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Proposal Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOQs, and costing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP tools will be an advantage.
