Job Description
We are hiring a high-performing National Sales Manager to lead end-to-end sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and scale market presence across India. This role is ideal for dynamic leaders who excel in team management, distributor expansion, key account handling, and nationwide execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and mentor regional managers, area managers, and field sales teams across multiple states.
- Expand distribution networks and strengthen partnerships with key channel partners.
- Drive product placement, pricing strategies, promotional planning, and market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, pipeline progress, and competition trends.
- Build strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and institutional partners.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Conduct monthly business reviews, team trainings, and performance evaluations.
- Implement CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and productivity systems to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 10–18 years of strong experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Industrial Sales, or B2B domains.
- Proven track record of leading large sales teams and delivering consistent growth.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, leadership, data-driven decision-making, and territory management.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
