Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation and reliability of all mechanical, electrical, and utility systems in our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and improving equipment efficiency to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Monitor plant operations to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns, diagnose root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing, process, or industrial plants.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical panels, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
