Job Description
Location: Lucknow, Delhi/NCR (Also hiring for multiple locations including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Kanpur, Jaipur, Indore, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Surat)
As a Sales and Marketing Executive / Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, forging new business partnerships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and representing Digi Mentors Media’s full range of IT services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and pursue new business leads in IT/software sector (B2B/B2C).
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with company targets and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and pitches for potential clients.
- Negotiate deals and close contracts with effective communication and value selling.
- Research market opportunities, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with technical/project teams for customized client solutions and successful project delivery.
- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline progress, and marketing campaign outcomes.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven sales/business development experience in IT/software (2–5 years).
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Familiar with CRM tools, digital marketing channels, and lead management systems.
- Good-To-Have Skills:
- Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or digital solutions sales.
- Knowledge of local business ecosystems and industry networks.
- Ability to adapt strategies based on analytics and feedback.
Education & Work Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or allied stream.
- 2–5 years relevant work experience in IT/software sales, marketing, or business development.
