Job Description
Location: Makoons Play School, Sipri Bazaar, Jhansi
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Role Summary
Responsible for teaching, guiding and nurturing children through activity-based and play-driven learning across all preschool programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily lessons, activities and play sessions
- Create an engaging and child-friendly learning environment
- Ensure classroom safety, hygiene and discipline
- Assess children’s progress and share updates with parents
- Participate in events, celebrations and school activities
Required Skills
- Warm, caring and child-friendly approach
- Good communication and classroom handling skills
- Basic understanding of early childhood teaching methods
- Prior preschool/teaching experience preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- Female candidates only
- Pleasant personality & positive attitude
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, WhatsApp Business)
- ECCE / NTT / Montessori training preferred (optional)
- Early-childhood teaching exposure is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
