Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong exposure to Manufacturing & Service industries. The ideal candidate will lead financial reporting, compliance, costing, and business analysis while ensuring smooth financial operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, audits, and statutory compliance.

Handle costing, variance analysis, BOM analysis, production costing, and profitability tracking.

Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and cash flow management.

Review MIS reports and provide financial insights to management for planning and decision-making.

Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external consultants.

Monitor budgets, working capital, inventory accounting, and CapEx/OpEx controls.

Ensure strong internal controls and best accounting practices across functions.

Support financial planning, forecasting, and commercial operations.
Requirements:
-
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
-
3–8 years experience in Manufacturing + Service industry (preferred blend).

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Financial Accounting & Costing.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle).
-
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
